Thanksgiving Dressing

Old corn bread (from freezer)
Biscuits (old from freezer)
Celery sticks (2) diced/choped
Large onion (1) diced/chopped
Chicken or turkey broth (boil to make enough broth to make the bread juicy)
2 large eggs
Sage to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all of these ingredients in large bowl and stir completely making sure you have enough broth to make it kinda juicy but not too juicy. Make sure all the bread is crumbled up and gets mushy. You will have to put your hands in the mixture to do this.
Take the bones out of the chicken or turkey that you cooked for the broth.
Place chicken/turkey that you cooked on the bottom of the pan that you will be cooking the dressing in. Pour in the mixture and bake at 250-300 until done.

That is 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of sugar.Peach Cobbler ( or any fruit of your choosing)

1cup self-rising flour
1 cup fruit
1cup milk
1 stick butter
1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of sugar
add 1/2 cup sugar to the fruit
put stick of butter in oven to melt (use pan the you are planning to cook the cobbler in)
mix flour, 1 cup sugar and milk together, pour into pan with melted butter
evenly spoon peaches on top of mixture and place in oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown

This is for all the working women (and men) like me, very quick and easy...good luck
