1st Sunday Dinner/ 4th of July Celebration will be held on Sunday July 3rd at 1010 Brookwood Drive, Watkinsville, GA.  Starting after 1 pm ending whenever.... Please bring whatever you would like to eat or what you would like to put on the grill. Also bring a lawn chair if you would like to sit outside under the trees.

Thank you to all family members that contributed to the Family and Friends Day at Springfield. We also thank the family members that came out and help us celebrate. God Bless Us all and we will do it again next year.

Congratulations to Little Mister Noah Alexander Ashmore (A honor roll). Noahs' 5th grade graduation will be held on Friday, May 20th at 9am at Greater Atlanta Christian School. Noah is the son of  Michael and Anita Ashmore of Braselton, GA and the Grandson of George and Sarah Ashmore Boyd of  Watkinsville Ga. Congratulations and great job Noah, going from Elementary to Middle School.

Ms. Merry D. Boyd will be graduating from Piedmont College in Demorest, GA on April 30th at 2 pm. Merry will be receiving a Masters' Degree in Business Administration. She is the Granddaughter of the late Mr. Fred and Mrs. Janie Bell Ashmore and the Daughter of Mr. George and Mrs. Sarah Ashmore Boyd of Watkinsville, GA. Please mark your calendars, we hope to see you there.

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Ashmore. They were united in Holy Matrimony on yesterday in Calhoun Falls, S.C.  The happy couple will reside in Abbeville, S.C. God bless them and God Bless us all.

Wedding Bells will ring for Mr. Greg Ashmore on Saturday, September 12th at 2pm at the Calhoun Falls Civic Center in Calhoun Falls. Greg is the son of the Barbara H. Ashmore and late Billy Ray Ashmore and Grandson of the late Mary Geraldine Ashmore Smith and Willie Cyde Smith

The dinner is at 4 p.m.

Celebration for Dorothy Ashmore Barnes who will turn 95 on September 5th.  The dinner is Saturday, September 5th at the Lions Club in Washington, GA.  The address is 919 Spring St.

Please keep the family of Mr. Robert Sutton in your prayers. Robert succumbed to his illness on last week. Funeral service was last Saturday in Tignall, Ga. Robert is the Father of Erica Sutton and Step-father of Leon Bryant. They are the Grand Children of Dorothy Ashmore Bryant(deceased).

Funeral Services for Ms. Frances C. Goosby will be held on Wednesday, March 19 at Abbeville and White Mortuary. Ms Goosby is the sister of Mr. Frank Crawford and sister-in-law of Ms. Barbara Ashmore Crawford.
